**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Oniverse in Potsdam. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our store.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee orders to ensure efficient stock management.
- Implement visual merchandising displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Monitor sales figures and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
**Requirements**
- Completed training in retail or equivalent experience.
- Leadership qualities with a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
- Responsible, flexible, and goal-oriented.
- Strong numerical skills and organizational ability.
- Passion for fashion and providing exceptional customer experiences.
