About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Oniverse. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales figures and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance, implement visual merchandising strategies, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer experience by providing personalized service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, develop and implement business plans, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales figures, manage inventory, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized service, resolve customer complaints, and promote our products.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
