Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our procurement and logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of purchase orders in line with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) demand
- Preparation of forecasts and collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring of warehouse inventory levels and follow-up on open purchase orders and order confirmations
- Ensuring quality requirements are met and reflected in the ERP system
- On-boarding of new suppliers and maintenance of existing ones
- Record and maintenance of item master data
- Facilitation of engineering changes and sending updated technical data to suppliers
- Review and closure of invoices to secure on-time payments
- Utilization of data analytics to optimize inbound logistics and inventory levels
- Contribution to the development and implementation of our ERP and Supplier Portal for end-to-end supply chain integration
- Participation in ERP compliance processes to ensure robustness of plans
- Engagement with internal stakeholders to provide robust answers to Sales and Operation Planning questions
Requirements:
- Completed studies and/or experience demonstrating comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain capacity with Enterprise Resource Planning applications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, ordering, forecasting, and logistics
- Profound experience operating in low and high-volume industrial environments
- Industry standard accreditations (APICS, ASCM) desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English required, German or other languages desired
