Risk Framework Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Framework Specialist to join our team at EUREX Clearing AG. As a key member of our Group Risk Framework & Quantification unit, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of our Group Risk Management and Risk Governance Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Support the continuous development and improvement of our Non-Financial Risk & Multiple-Risk Framework, including risk assessment, stress-testing methodologies, and risk models.
- Perform regular reviews and updates of policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of SREP requirements for ECAG and prepare conceptual and methodological improvements of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).
- Perform Pillar II calculations for risk reporting, capital, and strategy planning, and provide guidance to the Non-Financial Risk Management team.
- Contribute to audits and annual reports, and provide timely analytical commentary and insights on the Risk Framework environment.
- Relevant university degree and experience in developing and implementing Non-Financial Risk Frameworks.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations, such as KWG, MaRisk, SREP, ICAAP, and EMIR.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, critical thinking, and ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in written and verbal English.
