Senior Electrical Engineering Manager for Energy Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel responsible for the C&I Services team, including performance management and development.
  • Develop technical concepts and project plans for power generation projects, including gas technology and renewable energies.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead project management in accordance with technical rules, laws, and regulations.
  • Define and implement technical standards for quality requirements in planning phases.
  • Manage contracts and implement the Uniper safety culture during planning phases.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent education with a focus on control or communications engineering.
  • Experience working with suppliers (technical and commercial).
  • Technical expertise in Siemens and/or ABB power plant control systems and communication systems planning.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong process orientation, high sense of quality and responsibility, ability to work in a team, good organizational skills, and structured approach.
  • Fluency in German and English, additional languages welcome.
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license class B.
