Your Role and Responsibilities

As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering a culture of success and collaboration. Your key objectives will include:

  • Driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and team leadership
  • Establishing a strong sales team with a focus on hiring, mentoring, and coaching
  • Developing and implementing sales processes and metrics to track progress and improve performance
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and achieve company goals
  • Leading high-level negotiations with key customers to secure major deals
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus
  • Academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field
