At DemoUp Cliplister, we're revolutionizing the retail landscape with innovative solutions that bring products to life. As a key player in Europe's SaaS market, we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand our global presence.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth. Your key objectives will include:

  • Leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Establishing a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching
  • Developing and implementing sales processes and metrics to track progress and improve sales performance
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers to ensure the closing of major deals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus
  • An academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field
