About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (gn) to join our team at PAMEC PAPP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing global customer projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage global customer projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Make informed decisions on technical and commercial matters, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective change management and risk management practices are in place.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions on technical and commercial matters.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • International travel experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
