In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing global customer orders from the initial acceptance through to final delivery. You will serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, engage in cross-functional project management to fulfill customer requirements, and collaborate with the project team to develop effective solution strategies. Your responsibilities will also include making informed decisions on both technical and commercial matters, as well as monitoring project changes and risks, implementing countermeasures as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, along with proven experience in project management. Specific expertise in sales, project planning, design, engineering, or assembly is highly desirable. Strong English communication skills, experience in interacting with both domestic and international clients, and a willingness to travel are essential for success in this position.
