Clinical Trial Operations Coordinator

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Clinical Trial Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) für unseren Mandanten, ein führendes forschendes Pharmaunternehmen weltweit. In dieser vielseitigen Position werden Sie eng mit internationalen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um die Planung, Zuweisung und Analyse von Länder- und Standortdaten in klinischen Studien zu koordinieren.
Aufgaben- Unterstützung der Länderzuteilung: Zusammenarbeit mit Programm-, Studien- und Machbarkeitsmanagern zur Planung und Durchführung von Zuteilungen sowie Trainings für Länderteams.
- Datenanalyse: Auswertung und Analyse von Machbarkeitsdaten zur Unterstützung der Programmentscheidungen.
- Kommunikation & Koordination: Verwaltung von Anfragen, Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien und Pflege der Verteilungslisten.
- Feasibility Trainings: Organisation von Schulungen, Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und Verwaltung der zugehörigen Dokumentation.
- Berichterstattung und Monitoring: Überwachung und Auswertung von Fokus- und CTMS-Berichten zur Unterstützung der Projektplanung.
- Administrative Unterstützung: Erstellen von Excel-Analysen, Gantt-Diagrammen, Tabellen und Präsentationen.
- Studium: Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; Master oder PhD von Vorteil.
- Sprachen: Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Softwarekenntnisse: Hervorragende MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und SharePoint; Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen.
- Stärken: Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität.
