Role Overview

Finance in Motion is a global impact asset manager dedicated to sustainable development in low and middle-income countries. We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst for Impact Investing to join our Fund Management team in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analyses for our impact investment funds, including asset-liability management, financial planning, and investment portfolio management.
  • Prepare board and committee meetings for our funds, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with service providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, including governments and international financial institutions.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams to support senior management in strategic matters and fund management.
Requirements
  • University degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
  • First work experience in a relevant field, such as banking, finance, accounting, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a self-starting and strategic mindset.
  • Interest in impact investing, development finance, and green finance.
  • Experience in financial analysis, asset-liability management, and investment funds.
  • Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of a language of one of our target countries an advantage.
