Develop Your Skills in HR People and Organisational Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our HR People and Organisational Development team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about modern development operations and support our team in various projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for Talent Management and leadership development.
  • Research suitable training options for RWEST talents and assist in planning and implementing training programs.
  • Support the planning and implementation of the RWEST 'Traders Training' program.
  • Help organise local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Be the main point of contact for organisational inquiries.
  • Support colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

Your Requirements:

  • Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology, or a comparable program.
  • Initial experience in people development is a plus.
  • Structured, detail-oriented work style, high reliability, and independence.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and work as a team player.
  • Excellent German and English language skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
