Corporate ControllerIn (f/m/d)

In our Finance Unit, you will work as a Corporate Controller, shaping the development of existing financial processes, structures, reports, and control instruments. The Corporate Controlling Team plays a key role in analyzing and evaluating overall business activities to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Proactive support for operational and strategic decision-makers
  • Analyze, comment, and report on business development, create target-actual comparisons, and deviation analyses from a company perspective
  • Prepare presentations on business development or various controlling projects for management or the supervisory board
  • Lead financial projects, such as the further development of cost center structures or cash reporting
  • Ensure timely forecasting and planning processes
  • Handle ad-hoc analyses for the CFO and management
  • Conduct financial industry, competitive, and benchmark analyses
  • Develop concepts for selecting suitable financial tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business with a financial focus
  • Several years of experience in (Corporate) Controlling
  • Expertise in liquidity planning, revenue and cost planning
  • Familiarity with accounting standards and finance tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Fluency in German and English
