Our Mission:
In the Finance division, we coordinate and oversee the comprehensive management of all external financing needs of the PENNY Group, leveraging various options available in the banking and capital markets. We also manage all financial flows within the organization.
Additionally, we utilize the consolidated creditworthiness of the PENNY Group through our own guarantees and sureties.
As part of strategic initiatives within the PENNY Group, such as in the M&A sector, we coordinate financing-related topics while considering the interests of various internal and external stakeholders.
Furthermore, we also engage in tasks related to Asset and Pension Management within the PENNY Group.
Your Contributions:
You will take on diverse responsibilities as a generalist within the Corporate Finance team. You will participate in various projects, including support in finance-related matters for M&A projects, collaborating with Middle and Back Office, Accounting, and Controlling, as well as occasionally with external specialists, particularly in handling Post-Merger tasks. You will assist in the preparation of corporate guarantees and the commissioning and management of bank guarantees. When necessary, you will provide your initial expertise in organizing and executing group-wide financing transactions. You will aid in the development of standardized processes for assessing debtor risks and analyzing major risks.What We Value:

You hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Financial Management. Additionally, you bring initial professional experience in the banking sector, in the finance department of a larger company, or in consulting, possibly through internships. Your qualities include excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, as well as strong analytical abilities and structured thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, is required. Experience in project management and knowledge of SAP are also advantageous.What We Offer:
