Strategy Execution and Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Global Content Office team in strategy execution and project management. As a working student, you will assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating various projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient work across the Global Content Office.
  • Assist in project management activities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating various projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Help orchestrate and streamline internal processes and communications to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to enhance our content strategies and business initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, documents, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira and others) is a must.
  • Experience with process management tools like SAP Signavio is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
