SAP Working Student

We are seeking a motivated and talented Working Student to join our team at SAP. As a Working Student, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement ServiceNow modules specific to Incident management and Service Requests.
- Assess business requirements, design solutions, and drive projects from conception through completion.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades and enhancements.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science.
- Preferred fields of study: Computer science or other scientific courses.
- Computer skills: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Language skills: fluent in English.
- Soft skills: team player, proactive, quick reaction, and response.
