Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Business Development Intern to join our E-Commerce Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, conducting market and competition analyses, and handling cooperations from acquisition to evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conception and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and perception in the Italian market
  • Independent market and competition analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the fitness and nutrition sector
  • Handling of cooperations with brands, websites, and influencers to expand our reach and customer base
  • Supporting the daily business operations and contributing to the growth and development of our team
Requirements
  • Studies in marketing, communications, or economics (advantageous)
  • Native-level Italian language skills and strong English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of the Italian fitness and health market (desirable)
  • Reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Initial experience in online marketing (optional)
  • Availability for a 6-month internship
