At Dr. Oetker, we're breaking new ground in the world of digitalization. As a Senior Digitalization Manager, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency across our ambient production environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze digitalization opportunities in production and design standards for digital solutions.
  • Harmonize IT systems across our food production ecosystem.
  • Develop recommendations for procurement, investments, and project sequencing.
  • Support plants in implementing new systems and setting up a cross-location network.
  • Coordinate external partners, service providers, and suppliers.

What You Bring

  • Strong background in business informatics or economics with experience in business information systems.
  • Several years of professional experience in digitalization and project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP, MES, automated data exchange, IoT, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural competence and fluency in German and English.
