About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Specialist to join our team at 50Hertz. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on ITIL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead the Change Management process, ensuring effective change control and minimal disruption to services.
- Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and coaching to team members and other employees on ITSM processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support ITSM processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ITIL4 certification (Foundation or higher) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
