**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Value Stream Lead to join our team at Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing the entire value stream B2B Sales & Loyalty, ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of value to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a comprehensive vision and strategy for the value stream, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals and focusing on customer-centricity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, other Value Stream Leads, and Hangar Management to ensure alignment of the value stream strategy with the overall strategy.
  • Establish long-term goals and define a roadmap that maximizes value delivery by prioritizing initiatives and considering customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Analyze value stream performance using relevant metrics (OKRs, KPIs, key product metrics) and ensure that technical solutions delivered by the teams adhere to quality standards.
  • Provide strong leadership to agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the budget for the value stream.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience with large cross-functional and intercultural teams in a scaled agile environment.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in delivering strategic products to the organization, in the field of B2B sales, loyalty, customer service (Airline experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze between different stakeholders.
  • Senior-level experience in leading, coaching, developing teams and practical knowledge of coaching tools in team management.
  • Knowledge of software-development processes, digital products, as well as methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, OKRs).
  • Strong analytical ability, to solve problems in complex environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Very good command of English language.
