Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Digitalization Consultant to join our team at GULP – experts united.

About the Role: As a Digitalization Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and consulting on HR digitization projects, with a focus on software implementations. You will also act as an application manager, responsible for requirements management and communication with service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and implementation of digitalization projects for company-wide HR processes
  • Planning and supporting the implementation phase of new HR software solutions
  • Analysis of existing HR processes (requirements management) and development of optimizations
  • Supporting end users in the use of HR software (support, troubleshooting, questions)
  • Communication with manufacturers to configure and adapt the software
  • Ongoing optimization of the software/applications
  • Direct cooperation with internal departments, corporate development, and external software service providers
  • Creation of training materials, instructions, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in the use of HR/personnel software (e.g. P&I Loga, Personio, Haufe, Kenjo, Workday, Persis or comparable)
  • Knowledge of company-wide HR processes
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Knowledge of software configuration or an interest in familiarizing yourself with this subject area is desirable
  • Service orientation, customer focus, and communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken German
