Job Title: Senior Acoustic Systems Engineer

At HARMAN International, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acoustic Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and tuning audio systems for the automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop audio systems for automotive applications
  • Tune and optimize audio systems for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality audio systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Travel to customers and other Harman sites within Europe
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Acoustics
  • Thorough knowledge of acoustics and practical experience
  • Three years or more of design experience of audio systems and/or components within the automotive or consumer industry
  • 9+ years or more of experience in an audio related field
  • Specific experience required in 3 or more of the following fields: acoustical engineering, transducer engineering, digital signal processing, amplifier engineering, physical/psycho-acoustics and recording arts
