About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our Data Governance Office at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining a robust data governance framework across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Governance Policies: Collaborate with operational teams to define and document data quality management rules and guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the organization.
  • Manage and Maintain Data Assets: Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data management processes, systems, and standards, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Compliance: Monitor and enforce data quality management practices, identifying and addressing data quality issues, and ensuring adherence to data governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with IT, business, and functional teams to identify data management requirements and implement solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
  • Drive Data Governance Initiatives: Lead and participate in data governance projects, driving the development of data management strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools, systems, and technologies, including SAP MDG and PIM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
