About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in defining and implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Data Governance Office and business stakeholders to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on data governance best practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain data governance metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of our data governance program.
  • Identify and mitigate data quality issues and ensure data compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data governance is integrated into business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
