FERCHAU GmbH is a leading technology service provider that connects innovative minds with companies in various industries. We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our internal team in Dresden to drive business growth and inspire our accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations and presentations
- Proactively contact new and existing customers in the semiconductor sector to promote our service portfolio and identify new business opportunities
- Determine the personnel needs of your customers and match them with the expertise of our candidates/project employees
- Create customized offers and conduct price and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth
- Recruit and support our project employees, including disciplinary leadership responsibility
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of our regional corporate goals and objectives

Your Qualifications
- Passion for sales, networking, and achieving business goals with your team
- Previous experience in sales, preferably with a focus on semiconductors or technology
- University degree and excellent German language skills (at least C1 level)
- Class B driver's license and ability to travel
