About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Team Lead to join our team at ORGADATA AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our international team and driving the development of our data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing international team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data management, with a strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and quality.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, or SAGE.
