Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations-Experten, der unsere SAP-Systemlandschaft unterstützt und unsere Geschäftsprozesse optimiert.
HauptraumgebietEinkauf
StellenbeschreibungDer Operations-Experte ist für die Koordination der Analyse und Auflösung von Major Incidents, Requests und Problemtickets verantwortlich. Er identifiziert Risiken, die sich auf die Betriebsstabilität der globalen Lösungen für das Business Partner Management auswirken und erkennt Verbesserungspotenzial sowie bereitet Vorschläge zu Abhilfemaßnahmen für den Product Owner und das Produktteam vor. Der Operations-Experte verbessert die Transparenz in Bezug auf technische Schulden und gewährleistet ihre regelmäßige Behebung, um mögliche Probleme hinsichtlich der Produktqualität zu vermeiden. Er agiert als erste Anlaufstelle für Themen in Bezug auf Betriebsstabilität und Verbesserungen sowie nimmt an Communities of Practice oder Chapter-Events teil. Der Operations-Experte überwacht betriebsbezogene KPIs und analysiert die daraus resultierenden Daten gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam. Er stärkt das Produktteam mit seinem Fachwissen über ITSM-Methoden.
Dein ProfilWir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Operations-Experten, der:
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem agilen Product Team hat
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Umgang mit der SAP-Systemlandschaft (S/4HANA sowie SAP Ariba) hat
- Gutes Verständnis von ITSM-Prozessen und Best Practices hat
- Allgemeines Verständnis von IT-Architekturen und Systemlandschaften auf Enterprise-Niveau hat
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse von ITIL-Frameworks, insbesondere Verfahren für die Umstellung und den Betrieb von Services hat
- Ausgezeichnete Risikoanalyse- und Risikobewertungsfähigkeiten hat
- Fachwissen und praktische Kenntnisse über Betriebs- und Wartungskonzepte, Tools (ServiceNow und Jira) und Methoden hat
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten hat
