Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations-Experten, der unsere Geschäftsprozesse unterstützt und unsere IT-Infrastruktur sicherstellt.

Hauptraum

Der Operations-Experte wird die Analyse und Auflösung von Major Incidents, Requests und Problemtickets koordinieren. Er wird Risiken identifizieren, die die Betriebsstabilität unserer globalen Lösungen beeinflussen, und Verbesserungspotenzial erkennen. Der Operations-Experte wird Vorschläge für Abhilfemaßnahmen für den Product Owner und das Produktteam bereitstellen.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Die Analyse und Auflösung von Major Incidents, Requests und Problemtickets
  • Die Identifizierung von Risiken, die die Betriebsstabilität unserer globalen Lösungen beeinflussen
  • Die Erkennung von Verbesserungspotenzial und die Bereitstellung von Vorschlägen für Abhilfemaßnahmen
Qualifikationen
  • Ein gutes Verständnis von ITSM-Prozessen und Best Practices
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der SAP-Systemlandschaft (SAP S/4HANA und SAP Ariba)
  • Enthusiasmus für die Arbeit in einem agilen Produktteam
  • Ein allgemeines Verständnis von IT-Architekturen und Systemlandschaften auf Enterprise-Niveau
