Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Praktikanten, der sich in der HR-Abteilung von FC Bayern München einbringen möchte. Als Praktikant HR Projects - Schwerpunkt SAP SuccessFactors wirst du Teil des Projektteams und unterstützt bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von HR-Projekten.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres HR-Systems SAP SuccessFactors
  • Durchführung von Systemtests bei Implementierungen und Optimierungen von Funktionen in den Teilmodulen von SAP SuccessFactors
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -konsistenz des HR-Systems
  • Mitwirkung am halbjährlichen Release Management für SuccessFactors
Dein Profil
  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an HR-Systemen und -Prozessen, Digitalisierungsthemen und der Gestaltung unserer digitalen Zukunft
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit SAP HCM bzw. SuccessFactors
  • Proaktives und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten mit hoher Eigenmotivation und verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
