Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €55,800 plus annual bonus. About the RoleAs an International Management Trainee in Marketing, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on cross-functional and cross-market projects within Central Europe, gaining valuable experience from different rotations within the Marketing department. You'll learn how to develop brand strategies, implement and monitor marketing campaigns, and juggle various channels across our area to ensure our long-term success.
You'll also build your network beyond national borders with an international rotation in our offices abroad, plan your career together with one of our senior leaders as your individual coach, and contribute your own ideas on projects that make us best in class and drive forward our various brands.
Your key responsibilities will include gathering exciting experiences from different rotations, learning how to develop brand strategies, building your network beyond national borders, and contributing your own ideas on projects.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Management, or Communications
- First functional experience as an intern or working student (min. 4 months)
- International experience, e.g., through a semester or internship abroad (min. 4 months)
- Courageous and passionate personality with strong communicative, conceptual, and analytical skills

You'll also participate in an international rotation to boost your career, have an individual career development plan built together with your personal coach, and receive regular feedback to help you grow personally and professionally.
