At exmox GmbH, a Hamburg-based mobile marketing agency, we're on the hunt for an experienced Product Development Director to join our growing team. With a focus on connecting advertisers with their highest value users through our owned and operated apps, this role is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to make a real impact.

About the Role:
  • We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development of our new products, from MVP to global rollout.
  • The ideal candidate will have profound experience as a Product Manager building digital products in industries such as E-Commerce, Mobile Gaming, and Online Marketing.
  • With at least 3 years of experience working with interdisciplinary product and development teams, you'll be responsible for driving the process of optimizing our interpretation and execution of agile principles.

In this role, you'll work closely with our cross-functional team to shape the business model of our products, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure the development team is aware of business dynamics relevant to our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of new products, from concept to launch.
  • Manage the migration of existing user bases to a new technical infrastructure.
  • Optimize our product strategy by collecting and evaluating product and customer insights.
  • Bridge the gap between business and development teams by ensuring the development team understands business dynamics.
  • Collaborate with our CPO to shape the vision, strategy, and direction of our products.
Requirements:
  • Profound experience as a Product Manager building digital products in E-Commerce, Mobile Gaming, or Online Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with interdisciplinary product and development teams.
  • Good experience working with agile software development principles and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
