Unlock Your Potential as a Travel Specialist for South America

At Ventura TRAVEL, we're on a mission to unleash the adventurer in every person. As a Travel Specialist for South America, you'll be the driving force behind our German-speaking customers' unforgettable journeys to this incredible continent.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and sell high-quality, authentic group trips to German-speaking clients, tailored to their unique interests and preferences.
  • Manage trip preparation and follow-up, ensuring seamless experiences for our travelers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in German, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our flights department and local service providers in South America to coordinate reservations and ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for your trips, driving business growth and success.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or the tourism industry, preferably in group travel.
  • Native-level oral and written knowledge of German (at least C2).
  • Passion for customer service and sales, with a genuine enthusiasm for South America and its cultures.
  • Fluent oral and written knowledge of English.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to stay cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
