Regional Project Manager

Grafton Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Manager to join our team. As a Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing regional implementation plans and progress, analyzing and monitoring the progress and problems of each phase of site implementation, including materials, access, customer cooperation, quality, resources, and plans, and ensuring the achievement of customer delivery targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional implementation plans and progress, ensuring timely completion of projects and achieving customer delivery targets.
- Manage the acceptance plan and progress to ensure that site revenue is recognized and targets are achieved.
- Ensure quality during onsite implementation, including the execution of standard actions, implementation process quality, and acceptance quality, to ensure that onsite subcontractor personnel and operations are managed according to quality standards.
- Manage construction safety of onsite subcontractors, ensuring that qualification of onsite subcontractors meets work requirements, that subcontractors can perform operations according to construction safety elements, and urge subcontractors to complete onsite rectification in a timely manner based on construction safety problems during implementation of onsite construction.
- Regional customer communication and relationship maintenance.
