Eligo Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in the Automotive industry. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise and passion for sales to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales revenue and expand market share within the Automotive sector
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual success
  • Identifying new business opportunities and leading cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of success in Business Development, preferably within the Automotive industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
  • Fluency in English and German, with a minimum B1 level in both languages
