About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Governance Specialist to join our team at EGYM GmbH. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our customer data across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Design and implement data governance processes to ensure data security and compliance
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on data governance best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
