Job Description

Theron Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Manager Librarian to oversee the management and quality control of our digital content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of our digital assets, including source files, tagging, and metadata.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Collaborate with creators to maintain a modular content library, conduct audits, optimize assets, and enable brand portals.
  • Content Organization: Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to identify and organize modular content components for efficient reuse and repurposing.
  • Content Standards: Develop and maintain a modular content library, ensuring proper categorization, version control, and accessibility of modular content assets.
  • Content Quality: Implement and enforce content standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of modular content across various platforms and channels.
  • Content Analytics: Conduct audits and periodic reviews of the modular content library to identify outdated or incomplete content, and monitor usage and performance metrics of modular content assets.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights and visibility into content performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in taxonomy, migration activities, and content management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US).
