What You Will Do
  • Assist in the development of products and services within the Digital Assets domain
  • Formulate and execute IT strategies for digital assets in partnership with the leadership team
  • Identify, assess, and manage technological solutions
  • Design and implement streamlined processes and standards
  • Supervise daily operations while ensuring adherence to regulations and security protocols
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, along with managing external service providers
What You Should Bring
  • Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in Financial Services, DLT/Blockchain, and Digital Assets
  • Expertise in project management and vendor relations
  • Proven leadership capabilities and team-building experience
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with a structured yet flexible approach
