Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Strategist to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the European distribution market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the European distribution market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management

Requirements

  • Academic degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Commercial understanding and knowledge of passive components
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
