Beschreibung des Berufs

Als Senior Consultant Accounting & Process Advisory - Capital Markets bei KPMG unterstützt du unsere nationalen und internationalen Mandanten und Mandantinnen bei vielfältigen Fragestellungen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. Du bist ein Experte für Accounting und Reporting und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Überleitung von HGB auf IFRS oder auf neue Rechnungslegungsstandards.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Beratung von Börsengängen (IPO), Kapitalerhöhungen und Anleiheemissionen mit.
  • Dazu übernimmst du die Erstellung und Prüfung von prospektspezifischen Finanzinformationen (u.a. Pro-Forma-Finanzinformationen, Carve-out / Combined Financial Statements).
  • Du unterstützt bei der Beratung einer Einführung eines kapitalmarktfähigen Reportings.
  • Die Beratung im Rahmen von Post-Merger-Integration-Projekten zählt ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.
  • Du fungierst als Ansprechperson in Bezug auf Lösungen von bilanziellen Fragestellungen im Rahmen von Unternehmenstransaktionen.
  • Du hilfst bei der Umstellung der Rechnungslegung (Conversion) von z.B. HGB auf IFRS.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Einführung und Umsetzung neuer Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze.

Dein Profil

  • Als Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Accounting & Process Advisory - Capital Markets bist du bei uns mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen internationale Rechnungslegung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Finance qualifiziert.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung bei Industrieunternehmen, Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaften.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
  • Deine hohe Reisebereitschaft und Auslandserfahrung runden deine Qualifikationen ab.
