Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Audit Attestation - Country Practice Japan team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, providing expert advice to clients, and developing and implementing audit strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for international clients with operations in Japan
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with national and international accounting standards
  • Provide expert advice to clients on financial reporting, accounting, and auditing matters
  • Manage and supervise a team of junior auditors and consultants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of national and international accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
