About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Engineer to join our team at ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud and infrastructure solutions using Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10.
  • Install, configure, and maintain server and client infrastructure, including updates, service packs, and security patches.
  • Administer directory and infrastructure services, including Active Directory, Active Directory on Azure, LDAP, and DNS.
  • Develop and improve infrastructure in collaboration with the team, including system admins, IT architects, and project managers.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Windows system administrator.
  • Excellent expertise in Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of SCCM and SCOM.
  • Experience with virtualization using VMWare and/or Hyper V.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good English skills (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B1).
