About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Engineer to join our team at ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud and infrastructure solutions using Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10.
- Install, configure, and maintain server and client infrastructure, including updates, service packs, and security patches.
- Administer directory and infrastructure services, including Active Directory, Active Directory on Azure, LDAP, and DNS.
- Support and administer virtualization tools, including VMWare and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with the team to further develop and improve the infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Windows system administrator.
- Excellent expertise in Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of SCCM and SCOM.
- Knowledge of virtualization with VMWare and/or Hyper V.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good English skills (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B1).
