IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the beON consult team, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This includes the creation and implementation of authorization and security concepts, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Server-related maintenance and support
  • Managing and maintaining Active directory and group policies
  • Maintaining company datacenter servers, including backups, updates, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Administering Office 365 infrastructure, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint
  • Maintaining the local network, including firewalls
  • Solving second-line issues on systems
  • Administration of licenses, support contracts and all technical equipment
  • Managing, updating and maintaining the technical operation of the intranet

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (system integration, network administrator or comparable knowledge/professional experience in the IT environment). You will also need to have very good knowledge of PC hardware, network technologies, telecommunications, software deployment and current Windows operating systems.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Office 365, mobile device management
  • Basic understanding of IT support processes based on ITIL
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; German would be an advantage
