International Logistics Coordinator

International Logistics Specialist (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Internationalen Logistikspezialisten, der sich auf die Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung von internationalen Sendungen per Luftfracht, Seefracht, Kurierdiensten und Straße spezialisiert hat.

Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Koordination von internationalen Sendungen
  • Erstellung von Speditionsaufträgen, Rechnungen und Ausfuhr- und Begleitdokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen im Bereich Transportlogistik
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Logistikdienstleistern
  • Überwachung der fristgerechten Auslieferung unserer Ersatzteile
  • Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung interner Versand- und Transportprozesse
Anforderungen:
  • Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Transportlogistik, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über Zollprozesse und Gefahrgutvorschriften wie IATA, IMDG, ADR
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen wie BaaN
  • Zuverlässige, engagierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
