Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Coordinator Customs, der unsere Zollabwicklungssysteme unterstützt und sicherstellt, dass unsere Import- und Exporttransaktionen reibungslos ablaufen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Zollrechtliche Abwicklung von Ein- und Ausgehenden Warensendungen (Import und Export)
  • Erstellung von Warenverkehrsbescheinigungen wie ATR sowie Ursprungsbekundende Dokumente (CoO)
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation bei auftretenden Unklarheiten im Zusammenhang mit der Zollabfertigung
  • Unterstützung von Projekten, die mit dem Konzept des EMEA Trade Compliance Team verbunden sind
  • Pflege des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) zum Zweck des AEO-Monitorings
  • Einholung der Gelangensbestätigung von Kunden für Lieferungen innerhalb der EU

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im relevanten Bereich
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bereich der operativen Zollabwicklung Import/Export
  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Import, Export als auch der besonderen Zollverfahren und dessen Abwicklungsprozesse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen/Erfahrung

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP GTS
  • Teamgeist
  • Eigenverantwortliches Denken und Handeln
  • Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiter zu entwickeln
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
