About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Optimization Specialist to join our team in Rosenheim, Germany.

As part of Ericsson's Antenna System team, you will be responsible for optimizing wireless network performance and developing innovative antenna systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and participate in antenna system engineering activities such as performance analysis, requirement analysis, and simulation tools development.
  • Perform technical investigations on the performance of base station antenna products and new developments in the network.
  • Contribute to the development of network simulation tools for system analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new challenges and opportunities for antenna developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of MATLAB, experience in antenna simulations software like HFSS, CST.
  • Good understanding of channel modeling, cellular networks, and MIMO systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English. German language knowledge is an advantage.
