Your Assignment

  • You will drive the continuous development of internal corporate reporting and optimize the budget process with a focus on cash flow.
  • The definition of segment and group budget targets is part of your daily work, as well as overseeing KPI tracking and variance analyses for forecasts.
  • You will support the CFO's decision-making by creating data-driven reports and presentations that serve as recommendations for action.
  • You will lead and develop the Performance Controlling team.
  • Managing key project work will be a major task, particularly the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including process, tools, and governance changes.
  • You will further develop performance controlling processes and establish structured cash flow controlling.

Your Profile

  • An above-average university degree in business administration or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by professional exams or a doctorate.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling and IT processes, ideally gained through roles in business support and controlling functions, working internationally or in a global environment.
  • A proven track record in leading and/or working on large-scale projects.
  • A strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical reasoning skills as well as precise analytical abilities, with a strong understanding of processes and a high affinity for IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in business fluent English, combined with a confident demeanor and the ability to assert ideas effectively.
  • A hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
