As part of our strategic vision, we seek a Senior Manager Corporate Finance to drive financial excellence and capital efficiency at Fresenius Kabi. This key role will ensure our financial processes are aligned with our ambitious growth and transformation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Investment Committee (IC) process, ensuring investments are aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Drive capital efficiency by establishing financial guidelines and guardrails to guide the organization's capital investments.
  • Support M&A activities by providing critical financial insights through reviewing business cases and transaction documents.
  • Enhance financial processes and tools by improving the front-end strategy for capital expenditure (Capex).

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in business or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance/controlling within an internationally active company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and expertise in SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers.
  • Problem-solving abilities with the capacity to communicate complex solutions clearly.
  • A high level of initiative, combined with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively in teams.
