Your Responsibilities
- Lead projects related to maintenance and inspection measures in the field of steam generators/waste heat boilers and ancillary facilities for conventional power plants in Germany.
- Conduct fault analyses, record findings, and determine repair solutions and technical advice on our assets.
- Prepare technical specifications, considering official requirements and legal requirements in the tendering process, and analyze technical offers, including participation in award negotiations.
- Lead projects across all phases with responsibility for quality, deadlines, and budgets, and coordinate specialized departments involved in the project.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams in the implementation of feasibility/economic and concept studies to investigate the optimization/upgrading of existing plants.
- Implement factory acceptance tests at manufacturers in Germany and abroad within the framework of project-specific quality control plans.
Your Profile
- Hold a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering, power plant technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Have several years of professional experience in the maintenance and revision management of steam generators, including associated ancillary equipment, in power plant technology.
- Have experience in processing and implementing legal requirements, official requirements, and technical regulations, including the technical support of operational documentation.
- Have strong knowledge of occupational health and safety.
- Preferably have knowledge of the assembly and commissioning of steam generators and waste heat boilers, as well as welding technology.
- Have experience in project management in intercultural teams.
- Work in a structured, cost- and customer-oriented manner and have strong team skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Be willing to travel.
