About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Evangelische Heimstiftung. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized, need-oriented, and holistic care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care services, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Altenpflegehelfer or Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d).
  • Strong team player with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
